To Belong, Educate, Inform, and Empower.
What We Do
We strive to improve the social, mental and economical well being of the members of the community. We do this by hosting a variety of events and programs that welcome people from all walks of life. We have special programs catered towards women, seniors and youth that can be found under the “Events” page.
To provide support resources, counselling and health services to local and diverse communities including seniors, youth women and families in a culturally sensitive and welcoming environment. “The services provided by HCCHS meet the standards outlined by the Government of Canada and Peel Region will address the needs expressed by the community in a positive and productive manner.
Heartland Creditview Community & Health Services was established in January 2010, to provide culturally diverse programs and services to the community of Heartland Creditview. Since our formation we were able to deliver over 4000 services without any formal funding thanks to our 55 full time and part-time volunteers.
Since 2010, we have improved our organization to include health services. We have also changed the name of the organization to Heartland Creditview Community & Health Services to reflect the objectives of the organization that have evolved over the years. We are confident that we can bridge the gap with our dedication to serve the community regardless of age, gender, sex, race, or color etc.
Heartland Creditview Community & Health Services has had a remarkable transformation over the last few years and is continuing to serve our clients by providing a universal approach. A diverse range of programs are designed to meet the needs of newcomers and their families in order to adapt to live and survive in Canada. Several community services related programs have been arranged, including programs for seniors, women, and youth.
